Eata Vybe was built to solve a simple problem: there was no real Jamaican food in Fairbanks. So we opened a kitchen, hung a menu on a green-and-yellow wall, and started cooking the way we cook at home.

Every jerk marinade, every pot of oxtail, every festival dumpling — from scratch, no shortcuts. It's the food our families raised us on, brought thousands of miles north, and served with the same warmth.
